I think that the reason why this wasn't as successful as planned is because the medium I chose to use, optical fibres, were hard to use to give a perfect form, even if they gave a good visual effect.
The idea is that to break down the heirarchy, optical fibres drape down all along the buildings from different levels onto the very public, single atrium floor by John Hood Plaza. The fact that whatever shape/structure the fibres are in, light is still able to travel from end to end. Through these strands, shadows are casted causing visual effect that then becomes a distraction. For a better effect, I thought about putting a panel of the fibres inside a lecture room where everything seems very formal and structure, something I feel every-time I am in OGGB
